The VIP industry has changed
Your CRM can tell you deposits, NGR, bonuses, cashback, game activity and frequency. But numbers don’t tell you everything.
If a competitor matched every bonus tomorrow, why would your VIP stay?

Featured insight
Fair treatment does not mean identical treatment. Every player deserves excellent service, but a €100 monthly customer and a sustainable high value player depositing €10,000 a month can have very different service requirements. The question is not simply how much somebody deposits. The question is what level of relationship and service is appropriate for that customer.
€100 player
High value player
High spend alone should never determine VIP treatment. Player welfare, affordability, sustainability, compliance and responsible gambling come first.
Read the articleMoments that matter
Recognition in the moment, or a delayed template that treats the win as a trigger for the next offer?
A human check-in protects the relationship. Another bonus can make the loss feel like a sales opportunity.
Players remember who stood with them when the process failed, not who sent the apology after it cleared.
The skilled host can decline well. The unskilled host either breaks the rule or damages the trust.
Inactivity is information. A bonus is not a diagnosis.
If the notes are thin, the next host starts from zero and the player feels it immediately.
These are the moments we train for.
For casino operators
VIP Host Academy works with casino operators to understand how VIP relationships are actually being managed and where improvements can be made.
Independent assessment of the human relationship side of the VIP operation. A structured look at how hosts actually work with players, not only at what the CRM reports.
Practical development for VIP Hosts, Account Managers and leadership teams, built around the conversations and decisions they make every week.
Turn assessment findings into measurable behavioural and operational change — with coaching, QA and leadership support while the new standard takes hold.
Ongoing support for VIP leadership while improvements are embedded: strategy, KPIs, culture and the relationship between VIP, CRM and retention.
VIP Host Academy Insights
The Player Perspective
VIP Host Academy develops the people and systems behind exceptional VIP relationships. The player side of that work lives with two independent brands: VIP Legacy Club, which works directly with casino VIPs, and AskCasinoAI, which answers players who want a clear recommendation before they play.
Two independent brands. One shared belief: VIP should be personal.
Responsible VIP
A VIP host’s responsibility is not to encourage maximum play. It is to manage the customer relationship professionally, responsibly and sustainably.
VIP status must never override
Training should help hosts recognise when the correct response is not another promotion. Read the Responsible VIP standard.
